1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Changes: Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any adjustments, and we will do our best to assist.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders from all over USA

- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to USA, Europe, Canada UK & United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, India. If your location is not listed, please contact us for special arrangements.
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations in your country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our courier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@omkararetail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement if necessary.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@omkararetail.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Omkara Retail LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
7. Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.
